Please note your consent is for APEG and its sales and marketing vendors, and the Jobs Ohio Network (JON) and their sales and marketing vendors. The JON is comprised of the six independent regional partner organizations: REDI Cincinnati, Team NEO, Dayton Development Coalition, Regional Growth Partnership, Columbus 2020, and Appalachian Partnership for Economic Growth. APEG has agreements with each of these entities that are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Where APEG relies on a legitimate interest to process your personal data, such as an agreement with APEG, you have the right to object. Your rights also include the right to access, correct, update, export or delete your personal data. You may email with any request, and we will respond within 30 days. Subject to any exemptions provided by law, if you exercise your right to be forgotten your personal data will be deleted from APEG’s systems, and you will receive written confirmation of the deletion. APEG will also notify the JON and APEG’s vendors of your request and direct them to also delete your personal data.

APEG may disclose your information to business partners or third-party data processors in accordance with a properly-executed court order or as otherwise required by law. APEG will fully cooperate with law enforcement or a court order requiring it to disclose the identity or usage details of any user of our website.

A APEG vendor collects information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include your computer’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
